There are Timothy Kearns in Victoria at the time but I have not found a death that fits. If you use a search engine and look for "Victorian Birth death and Marriages" may be you might find his death. Australia does not keep census but do have election rolls. None show a Timothy in Kilmore but there are some elswhere in Vic. Do you have the name of the cousin? may be they might be easier to find?
