That was an advertisement for the probate of the Will of a James Morris in Victoria, March 1867 The Argus. I havent been able to get a copy of the Will and also think that this could be a brother or uncle also?. Janet Morris's death Registration states that she is a Widow, also I was able to get a copy of her Will which leaves everything to her living children and grandchildren. Her Will says she is formerly of NSW. I am following this up as one of her sons lived in NSW and am wondering if David died in NSW and then she went to the Nurses home in Melbourne.
