Thanks Jocelyn... for passing on this information with regard to the Land Titles Office I have just been able to purchase, on-line and download immediately my childhood home in Seaford, plus my Grandparents home in Northcote. Cost is very reasonable.. $17 per search. You can then save the images, and/or print off the information., And of course, I did both And like other Victorian resources, especially BDM the so-called waiting time is 1 minute. Can't ask better than that.
