Poor Rupert though. re the marriage date - you said in one of your earlier posts the marriage may have been 1851 or 1852...so I thought it was an unknown...now you say 1851 - BUT- Archie arrived Nov 1852 into Port Melbourne...actually just checked your Tree - you have them married 1852 there- I'm pleased I was able to find the whole family in 1841 for you, confirming birth places and occupations for Archie's family - plus you can now add the other children I found there...plus we now know George was born in England Daughter Jessie - are you saying her age at death is recorded incorrectly? It also goes a way to believe the shawl sewer is the girl arriving 1848....but I needed to rule the others out properly, which I have now done at great stress to my eyes and only to find I was on the right track with my first discovery of her yesterday! What are the other clues you have that suggest she arrived before 1851?
