Hi I'm looking for any information on this couple please Alfred and Mary Starr were from Chatteris Cambridgeshire UK and left on the 'Bankers Daughter' on 3/9/1853. Alfred was an agricultural labourer, Mary was a 'wife', both were members of the Church of England. Alfred has 'D.O.B' as his destination which I suspect means 'died on board' or somethingsimilar. Mary looks to have made it all the way to Geelong. Could anyone tell me any further information on the above please, I would like to find out if Alfred did in fact die on the voyage over. Any information gratefully received. Kind regards Dianna
