Hi Maggie, I couldn't find a death for Lucy either, I tried to follow her trail via the Electoral Roll, she is listed with Isaac at Peacedale in 1914 but not in 1924, she may have died in that 10 year gap. In the Argus Newspaper 14.12.1934 page 4 is an obituary for Isaac, and it states he was buried in the Frankston Cemetery, have you checked this cemetery to see if he was buried with his wife or at least the same cemetery.
