His parents were Harry and Madge Walker and he had a daughter Linda. Trevor was probably born in the late 1920's in Sydney before his mother re-married and he moved to Victoria. Trevor's step father's name was George Hagg. It is thought Trevor passed away in the 1970's or 1980's in Victoria. Any help would be greatly assisted. Thank you. Its very possible family papers have been left to some archives somewhere - and amongst those papers could very well be funeral cards for family members or letters which might mention Hanorah. If you know what happened to the McCUBBIN family papers, it would be well worth while speaking to the curator in charge of them to see what they know or have- maybe start with the National Gallery of Oz Cheers Jocelyn Important Note: The author of this message may not be subscribed to this list. Author: Jocelyn1411 Surnames: Classification: queries Message Board URL: http://boards.rootsweb.com/localities.oceania.australia.vic.general/11022.1.1.1/mb.ashx Message Board Post: I notice that Hanorah's sister,Margaret ( Millis) also died young - 1895- her death record gives correct parent information, which I guess as her mother was still alive, stands to reason....so I am thinking, Hanorah's death record should also have correct parent info if she died before her mother....but did the mother's death cert also say Margaret was deceased? Were there any other children? I also see the mother's death record seems to give accurate parent info, so someone was around who knew the family quite well..does her death cert say who the informant was? There are some possibles for your MM in 1903 - one is with a Jane M and Mary is a laundress at 12 Queen St, st Kilda Another is a 'grazier' in Inverleigh, and 2 were in Port Melbourne - 1 @ Rouse St the other at 134 Albert St ( on her own) and one MM at Sth Fitzroy with a Mary Ellen and Patrick M at 76 Webb St It looks like Margaret's husband moved to Sth Australia and died there 1915 - is this correct? Also, have you checked the Brighton cemetery? I had a look at the main ones, but nothing is showing - for Brighton you need to send them a message for a look up Definitely difficult to sort out! The came from the townland of Carriganagh in the parish of Bansha & Kilmoyler. Maurice died sometime around 1848. Ellen Carroll was from an adjoining townland of Ballydrehid - her father James Carroll had been transported for sheep stealing in 1827 and was assigned on the Monaro.
