Hi Elaine.. as far as I know George Tucker's mother was named Charlotte Tucker and I think his father was george also. She married Mr. George Edward Tucker, of La poinya, who predeceased her 28 years ago. She leaves a family of six - two sons, Robert (St. Kilda. Vic.) and George (Wynyard), and four daughters. Maggie (Mrs. A. Jones), Adeline. (Mrs T. Moore, Victoria), Amy (Mrs. J. Jones', Wynyard) and Freda (Mrs. L. Young, Victoria). One son, Arthur, predeceased her: The funeral took place at Wynyard on May 20. Services at the church and graveside were conducted by Rev. S. M. Mortyn. Carriers were four nephews. Messrs.
