Graeme,Found a few bits and pieces for your Christopher Dennis Keegan, as follows: In 1956 cemetery record lists Baby Keegan - child of Christopher & Thelma Keegan of 15 Wignall st - North Hobart on funeral recrod for 6 Sept 1956 https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:3QS7-89VV-74Y5?i=810&cc=1935075 and in 1863 he is listed as father (no mother is listed) of John Leedham Keegan on funeral record of 7 March: https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:3QS7-89VS-7HVQ?i=241&cc=1935075 In Trove:  https://trove.nla.gov.au/newspaper/article/27169928 "Christopher D. Keegan, of Wignall St., South Hobart, was fined £3 with 9/ costs and £2/2/ counsel fee on a charge of having failed to attend a parade on April 18." Christopher Dennis Keegan is listed singly in the 1958 Electoral Roll at 15 Wignall st - labourer.
