His age at death matches this convict very well - http://foundersandsurvivors.org/pubsearch/convict/chain/c31a31100094 This convict appears in the Hamilton Lower Court records LC208/1/4 1843-1850. She was general Servant and needlewoman. She was employed by Rev. George Wright. The same minister who married her to Thomas Drake in 1855.
