Mike Waverley Park Farm of around 450acres was originally owned by William Murray. I believe it was on the Cambridge Road, Kangaroo Point. He leased the property to Alfred Desailly c1860-1863 and advertised in 1863 To Let - with a ten room house, out buildings etc. Adjacent to the market. ref: Mercury 30/3/1863. Hope this helps.
