Hi Sue, If you go right to the back of his online WW1 dossier in regards to war pensions etc. you will see his daughter was Ida Gloria Smith. His wife Kathleen is also mentioned and at one point they were living at 48 Campbell Street, Hobart. Haven't been able to come up with anything else yet... Wilfred Smith and Kathleen Mary Burns were married at St Luke's C of E, 9 July 1913. Marriage certificate states Kathleen was 19, residence - Williamsford, Carrick. Parents were Charles Burns and Annie May Burns, nee Butcher (deceased) Interesting to note that because she was under age of 21 and her mother was dead her grandmother, Sophia Butcher signed consent to marry form. Kathleen Mary BURNES was born 2 March 1894 to Charles Henry Burns and Annie Mary Butcher. Reg. place - Stanley # 2337 Can't find anything late on Kathleen or Ida Gloria...
