    3. Hi everyone, I'm a bit confused as to the name of an early Van Diemen's Land newspaper, and I'm hoping someone can clarify. The following link refers to a newspaper titled "The Tasmanian" which was published in (and presumably at least a few months before and after) December 1832. http://www.law.mq.edu.au/research/colonial_case_law/tas/cases/case_index/1832/harmer_v_sadler/ Which newspaper was this exactly? I guess it was the "Tasmanian", huh. I recall that there was a merger between a newspaper with a similar name and the "Austral-Asiatic Review", the result of which subsequently became known as the "Tasmanian and Austral-Asiatic Review". Is this the same newspaper? Douglas
