Hi Karen, William Tilyard was occupying 130 Melville Street in 1868 by the VR's of that year. Property was owned by Martin McLoughlin, dwelling house and land. Remember Michael H's warning about the street number changes that have occurred in Hobart over the years. Modern 130 Melville Street on Google maps is highly unlikely to be the original.
