Ann etc, Hannah, and maybe Hanora where in effect the same name - as were Ellen, Nell, Helene, Elinor and so on. I have Frances in my family at several generations - commonly called Fanny. Same thing. I would not rule out Anne, Jane and Hannah being the same person - if all else fits, then they almost certainly are. Especially if you cannot find a death!
