Hi everyone, Just a reminder when you are replying to a message could you please remove the footers at the bottom of the message that you are replying to and also to remove any other unnecessary comments from the message you are replying to. I understand that this can be difficult when using smart phones or tablets but leaving the excess of the original message increases the size of your reply to the list, adds extra to the archive that isn't needed (as the original message is already in there in full) and also clogs up the Digests with a lot of extra that makes them very difficult for the recipients to read easily.
