Hello Don If they were cremated, in the southern part of Tasmania, then there will be a record on the Millington's website. <http://www.millingtons.com.au/records-search> What happened to their ashes after cremation is sometimes recorded, and sometimes not. Tasmania now has three crematoria, one at Cornelian Bay in New Town (now run by Millingtons), Carr Villa in Launceston, and Vincent's private crematorium in Ulverstone. First port of call searching for contemporary burials and cremations in the Hobart area is always to Cornelian Bay first via the Millingtons website, as they maintain Cornelian Bay, Kingston Regional, East Risdon, Cambridge and Pontville Catholic cemeteries.
