I came across this marriage notice in the Mercury 5 Nov 1942 - MARRIAGES BRITTON-DILLON:-On September 5, 1942, at Ellendale,, by Rev Father Adlum, Beryl Elizabeth, younger ,daughter of Mrs and the late Maurice Dillon, Ellendale, and great grand" daughter of the late James Clark, Rockmount, Ellendale (formerly of England), to Allen, son of Mr and Mrs Darcy Britton, of New Norfolk. I'm wondering if anyone has connections with the above couple or if anyone knows of the family... Intrigued by the line... late James Clark, Rockmount, Ellendale (formerly of England) ? I've never seen that snippet anywhere in all my endeavour's on James Peevor/Clark. Wondering where it originated? Cheers, Peter
