Hi Bev, It looks like he didn't arrive as planned (possibly due to illness?) and arrived on a later vessel - John GILLARY, convicted at York Assizes, onboard "Lady Kennaway" which arrived Van Diemen's Land 13 February 1835 - http://foundersandsurvivors.org/pubsearch/convict/chain/c31a31160421 His Conduct Record at Tas Archives shows that he was left behind at Cork - http://search.archives.tas.gov.au/ImageViewer/image_viewer.htm?CON31-1-16,256,166,L,0 NSW State Archives show John GILLORY, arrived on Mary Ann (4) on 11 November 1835; he was tried at York Assizes and received his ticket-of-leave No 45/1611 (in 1845) whilst in the Camden District. John was recommended for a Conditional Pardon, which he received on 19 January 1850, No 50/0030.
