My great great great grandparents were George and Ellen (nee Singleton) HILL. Their children were Elizabeth, John, Ellen, Maria, George and Celia. My great great grandparents were John and Margaret (nee Hamilton) HILL. They lived in the Fingal Valley area and had four children - Jessie, John, George and Ellen. My great grandparents were John and Lena Maud (nee Joy) HILL. They lived in the Bothwell area and had 16 children - 13 of whom lived to adulthood. My grandmother was their fifth daughter, Elsie.
