Hi Ted Have you tried the Australian National Library,www.nla.gov.au? They have an amazing family history/history collection, catalogue and 'links' section. I did much of my Tasmanian research there.If you find it in their catalogue and it says 'no holdings here press Reading Room button' that will tell you if it is downstairs in the newspaper room or whatever. We are now in Queensland so I can't go and check for you, sorry. Do you have the library listing for the surgeons report? They are in one of the 3 volumes of Log of Logs. I can get that easily from my local library if that would help.
