I am seeking the whereabouts of the descendants of Claudius J. [Claude] POWTER and Stella I. [nee BYRNES], who married 1916, Sydney. Claude J. was born in Orange. I have details of Claude's father and grandfather. There were plenty of POWTER in Orange, NSW, but by the 1920's they began to spread about the rest of the state although there were still good numbers in the Western Division of NSW. There does not seem to be any sign in NSW of Claude and Stella after their marriage. Not even the deaths of same. Perhaps there was no issue at all. So I wonder..... is there Some Kind Soul [out there on the List]? who would kindly lookup the B D & M ... in SA or TAS from 1916 on for any issue of the above for me, please?
