One of my convicts Nathaniel CARR born c.1800 Tardebigge, Worcestershire died 1863 Victoria, Australia Offence: "stealing a duck and a drake", he had served 6mths gaol for a previous offence Sentance: 7 years ship: Earl Grey 1842/3 I have found his children Rebecca and William and their descendants in Australia and New Zealand but have no idea how they got here. His wife Jane (Cooke) and younger children Thomas, Daniel and Sarah were in Birmingham at 1851 census. I am still trying to confirm other children including John, Richard and Edward in England at later dates.
