There were some marriages between the Tasmanian aboriginals and the english population and I have come across family history with photos etc somewhere. There were also alot of defacto relationships particulary with the sealers and remote members of the community. There may be some in the pioneer index. Many of the convicts had defacto relationships amongst themselves and male free men and convict girls as well. Often they were recognised as "wife" by the authorities at least as far as the convicts go as I have some examples. I wouldn't know how you could prove it.
