Listers There been several "posts" to mailing lists from subscribers and non-subscribers regarding installation of a product called "Spam Bar". It would seem the product sends out notifications automatically to everyone in the user's address book, including mailing lists. This product is designed for the purpose of blocking spam mail - but - is ironically using regular spamming tactics in it's attempt to advertise itself (how it mails itself to addresses). I will be unsubscribing anyone who sends a message to the list regarding the application "Spam Bar" ... they are no longer in control of their own e-mail facility. This message from me IS NOT asking for opinion or comment on Spam Bar or other product like it - the message is SPECIFICALLY to advise of what action will be taken on my part if such a message appears on the list.
