Hi, I just had a thought about this. I noticed a while back, that when I sent an email out in bulk to friends, that quite often, the hotmail ones would bounce back with a message such as SMTP error from remote mailer after end of data: host mc2.law5.hotmail.com [216.32.243.135]: 554 Transaction failed I seemed to fix it by resending to the hotmail accounts separately, but then that started failing after a while as well. I have been wondering if it is a problem with some ISP's sending mails to hotmail. Sorry, I can't give more idea than this. regards Savi ----- Original Message ----- From: <[email protected]> To: <[email protected]> Sent: Thursday, September 05, 2002 12:34 AM Subject: [TAS-CONVICTS] List Message > Listers > For those of you with hotmail addresses that have still managed to stay on > the list over the last few days, and for those subbed again for the umpteenth > time!!! > > I contacted Rootsweb regarding the bouncing Hotmail addresses and below is > the response I have received.
