Hi Ruth Do you have an antivirus program ??? It sounds to me as if you are being blocked.... If you don't have one, do a search with the subject "virus" and you will find heaps of free downloads (free trials) on virus scanners/checkers. You might be way ahead of me here, but I have just spent the past week being educated on this subject, and the law of averages tells me I am not alone. Those who learned these lessons sooner than I sit nodding their heads in understanding.
