    3. Hi Barbara No he wasn't a convict as transportation finished in 1853 in Tasmania but continued in WA until the 1860s. It will be a long hall going through the passanger lists for you. :-) Some have been transcribed, check your local library/society to see what they have, mitchell library may have the lot, don't know. Do a web search. Join your local gen society they willl be able to give you a push in the right direction.
