Hi List, I have recently been told that another GRIFFITHS, John GRIFFITHS brother to Nathaniel was also sentenced at the Old Bailey,on the 29 May 1828 for theft, setence 7 years, aged 18.Can anyone help locate his possible arrival? What ship etc. Thanks in advance Kerry
Hello Kerry Possibilities are: John GRIFFITH per 'Lady Harwood' departed London 26 March 1829 John GRIFFITHS per 'John (2)' departed Spithead 6 August 1833 John GRIFFITHS per 'Circassian' departed Plymouth 14 October 1832 All the other John GRIFFITHS/GRIFFITH are pre 1828 or post 1835.
