    3. Hi Trudy, I am researching my La*rence ancestry in Tasmania. I am particularly interested in this comment because I have been given information about Ellen Bubb La*rence who was supposedly buried somewhere in Hobart,Tasmania in 1836. There is mention that she has a headstone which contains a bit more information than just her birth and death dates. I have been sent a copy of a letter written to her by her father who mailed it to her from London in 1835. I am hoping that any further information on the headstone will reveal other family information that may be lost currently like parent's names, where she was born, etc. Since I live in Kentucky, USA it's a bit hard to just run down there and take a look myself but if some kind one has a copy of the photograph of her headstone that they would be willing to share with me or give me a transcription of what the headstone says...or tell me where I could obtain the information in question, I'd be ever so thankful. Thank you for your kind help. 3. Hello Sue in Kentucky I have looked in 'Transcriptions in Stone: St David's Burial Ground 1804-1872' compiled by Richard Lord and there are no LA*RENCEs mentioned, alas. Are you sure she is buried at St David's?
