Hi Trudy Thank you - yes I think it could be the man. He was 25 in 1831 on Gaol Register at his trial and according to IGI birth. ( Iam obtaining printout of birth from Gloucester Record Office) (Irene Wyatt did have 23 in her book but Henry was 25 on the official records I have, his wife Sarah tried at the same time and acquitted was 23 . (crime stealing 3 sheep) She was on the line below on Gaol Register so easy for a copying error at some stage. I will order this certificate and keep my fingers crossed.
