    3. Hi All, I have a W. Butcher as an innkeeper at the Kingston Arms Hotel from 1859 - 1862 and also as innkeeper at the Woolpack In at Reedy Creek from 1860 - 1862. I doubt that both are my relative to have two hotels at the same time but i may be wrong. How far is Kingston from Reedy Creek please? I am wondering what is registered in the Hotels & Publicans in S.A. book. Could some kind person who has access to the book be able to look it up for me please. Many thanks Alan Richards

    3. Hi Alan, Reedy Creek is about 20Kms directly inland from Kingston SE, on road to Lucindale, so He may have been licensee for both hotels, which didnt mean he physical ran both himself all the time, he would have had staff. Hoad's book shows a W. Butcher for both hotels in the periods you showed. regards Freda ----- Original Message ----- From: "Alan Richards" <[email protected]> To: <[email protected]> Sent: Wednesday, September 04, 2013 6:36 PM Subject: [AUS-SAGEN] Hotels & Publicans > Hi All, > > > > I have a W.
