    3. Hi, I have just noticed a variation of either spelling or mis spelling of a place of birth etc of a large number of my family born in South Australia. I have MERINDIE, but I note that now it appears to be MEDINDIE. Has this place changed since late 1800s, or an error on the bmds or have I just misread something and propagated the error. Some guidance would be wonderful Thank you Pat
