Hello list, Can someone please tell me the location in Adelaide of the mansion of Governor Gawler, which was later the home of R.M. Williams, who featured in the ABC documentary, Family Confidential, last night? It was a very handsome home and despite "googling", I have found little to help me. When his land was compulsorily acquired by the Playford Government, RM left for Qld vowing never to return. Know this isn't answering your question, but thought it might be of interest.
