Jessie McDOUGALL married John DAVEY 23 Feb 1871 in Melbourne she was 21 years old and born in Adelaide, her parents were Peter McDougall, Veterinary Surgeon, and Margaret LAMONT On the births of all her children (15) she gives her name as Jessie Lamont McDougall, it seems they went to Tasmania for 10 years during her marriage where 5 of the children were born, then returned to Victoria, that was why I was interested in the Tasmanian Peter McDougall but I can't find a death for him over there.
