    3. Yep, that is the best way, but digger.exe will still not run on a 64 bit system, ie Win 7 64. 3. Hi Listers We have 32 bit Win 7 Professional on a new computer Firstly, we went to the DIGGER update site and downloaded the latest upgrade http://www.macbeth.com.au/digger/download.shtml Specify a name of digger414.exe for the file, and save it to your hard disk. Then we installed all the CDs from a folder on the hard drive, (as Robert has suggested) until we got to the second death CD which is password protected and would not recognise the key codes The answer to this problem, was to install directly from the CD, to get past the key codes Then copy all the data files to the directory on the hard drive Each of the CDs has a file such as: sad2.ini Open this file, and change the last two lines into something like this: (you have to work out your own path) DBPath=C:\Digger\data\ MsgPath=C:\Digger\data\ Remember to save this file Program should now run from the hard drive :-) As far as contacting the 'horses mouth' for information, we have been in contact with them, and they are aware that there are potential problems with the CDs, but there is no possibility of any upgraded CDs being released in the near future ! We understand that it is outside their control Hope this works for you Jean
