Does anyone have any idea as to who might have owned Wilkatana station c1950   I've just found a reference to my late uncle Walter Alleyne CARTER, being manager of it in 1950. Also some newspaper references of Mr K P P SAWERS ("Pepe"), his son Chip SAWERS and daughter Rosemary SAWERS visiting.   My query is did the SAWERS Family have a financial interest in the property.   Walter Alleyne ("Tige") CARTER and Rosemary SAWERS later married (both now deceased) she did once tell me her father disapproved of her husband to be as he was a wanderer, did he give him a job to get him out of the way, or try and settle him down post war.   Helen
