Hi all, I have a lovely photo of my grandfathe,r who is all dressed up in formal attire bow tie and all ! Now some one has told me that this happened in lodges. However, I cannot identify which one. It would have been in the early 1900's in Broken Hill.. Which lodges got dressed up? TIA Maxine
Hi Maxine, There are various sorts of Lodges, Freemasons, Buffaloes etc., I suggest that you try the Freemasons SA &NT website, there will be a contact us link there. They have a Librarian/Historian who hopefully will be able to either rule in or out a Masonic link.
