Hi, Couldn't find any death for Catherine O'Malley or Kate O'malley. I check marriages up to 1937 - no second marriage in SA However on the http://www.bdm.nsw.gov.au/cgi-bin/IndexSearch?form=IndexingSearch&SessionID= 22766419&sname=omalley&gname=catherine&fname=&mname=&event=deaths&frange=192 8&trange=1979&place= It states a Catherine O'Malley died in 1965 at St Leonards, NSW to parents Martin and Mary, which when I looked up who her parents were it stated that it was Martin Lacey and Mary Driscoll.
