Hi Lyn I hear what you say but one of the main reasons I bought a digital camera was because the photo albums were starting to mount up – I have 10 and it was becoming a real storage problem. We tend to take lots more photos with digital cameras so soon I would have a room full of photo albums. I have all my photos on the computer backed up so should not lose them in the event of a computer crash, but I do admit that the future technology changes, as you mention, do concern me a bit. If anything goes wrong with your computer you could lose everything. Also in the future technology changes could mean you, or your descendants, won't be able to access them. Don't risk it!
