    3. Thankyou to all who have replied with lots of advice and many with wide and varying problems of their own.I am now able to access though I am not doing any thing different than before, can also print out O.K. I have come to the conclusion that it may have just been that the user load was too heavy, all those things we wanted to look up before they shut down to update. So Thankyou to everyone who has replied will not make individual replies as I would be up until midnight, great and helpful listers ,Thankyou, Chris. -----Original Message----- From: Cathy Pinner via Sent: Monday, March 21, 2016 5:07 PM To: AUS-SAGEN-L@rootsweb.com Subject: Re: [AUS-SAGEN] re Trove I'm using Opera browser with no problems which has the same base as Chrome. I trust those who are having problems have contacted Trove/NLA as people here can only report whether they have problems or not. Maybe caches need to be cleared or bookmarks renewed or there is something else behind the scenes re browser settings that Trove would be able to elucidate. 3. I had problems before, accessing TROVE and the full screen, but following advice from the Newsgroup, I tried accessing TROVE with Chrome (where previously I always used Firefox) and bingo, it works. Thanks for the advice.
