    3. If you Google Gepps Cross Hotel and Images you will see some great pics of the hotel thru time. It is still in existance - on the corner of a very busy intersection of 5 roads. 3. Hi Robert, The only hotel I can see in Hoad's hotel book is the current one which is a bluestone building and still in operation. BUT its on the South West corner of the intersection. Its licensee in 1846 to 1848 was on Isaac GEPP the only GEPP licensee shown. It was called 1846 - 1847 as Millers Arms Hotel 1847 as Miners Arms Hotel 1848 - 1850 as Gepp's Cross hotel. 1851 as Victoria Cross Hotel 1852 - 1984 and to present time as Gepp's cross Hotel. The book states that it is currently located on section 360 BUT was previously located on section 337 until 1859, so you may need to check lands title office to see if Section 337 was on the North east corner opposite to where it is nowadays. The newer section on the Western side of original building was burnt down a few years ago (arson), and is currently being rebuilt (2016) regards Freda -----Original Message----- From: Robert via Sent: Sunday, May 15, 2016 4:25 PM To: AUS SAGEN Subject: [AUS-SAGEN] Gepps Cross greetings all Via a long term project I came across the namne Gepp, via Wikipedia https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gepps_Cross,_South_Australia I bacame aware that apart from the (what is now a Coopers Ale house) there was a hotel/ Inn on the north east corner owned by the Gepp family Can anybody confirm this possible with an Image, this would be greatly appreciated.
