Hi listers- it has been some years since i last posted for help. Have recently returned to try and resolve some brick walls. My mother is related to Michael and Bridget Doody who came to SA from Ireland via the USA in 1883. The had a son Michael (born 1890 in SA) who was killed in the first world war- in 1916 at the Somme wondering if any listers are related and if so do they have any Doody photos in their collection- kind regards Glenn
Hi Glenn A search of Trove (the whole site not just newspapers) found a few Doody photos held by the SA State Library. ian in perth ----- Original Message ----- From: "glenn" aus-sagen@rootsweb.com To: Cc: Sent:Sun, 22 May 2016 15:20:02 +0930 Subject:[AUS-SAGEN] Doody family photo Hi listers- it has been some years since i last posted for help. Glen, I posted your query on South Australia Genealogy on Facebook and I believe someone will contact you as they also have Doody family - possibly not yours but who knows.
