I'm a lurker on this list but admin of several other Rootsweb mailing lists. List archives have been unavailable for some weeks but are finally back. It appears that list traffic is coming back as well but the spam filters at Rootsweb are not fully tuned to previous settings. The spam appearing on-list is what normally gets bounced in (sometimes) hundreds per day to all list admins for approval or deletion. The filters will no doubt soon be re-adjusted to once again prevent this sort of rubbish appearing. In the meantime, ignore all such messages, delete them & most importantly, don't click on any dodgy links within them.
