I went to www.ozgenonline.com and The owner has a banner which leads to the site you stated. The owner of that site is apparently a Peter Appelbee so he may know something. Also on that site there is an email contact (click on Peter Appelbee), at bottom of page. Also the site you quote for the congress has an email contact button. Why not try them.
