    3. Hi All - In order of most used currently - 1) Trove/NLA - we have an adopted son in the family which family history/lore says was from within the family. Due to trove this is now down to 2 "candidates" of who the father or mother was. I have been able to trace fortunately through Trove who was where and when, which has eliminated many possibilities. I also spend the time correcting the reference I have found, even if it is of considerable length. 2) Australian War Memorial in site due to the fact that I have relatives with active service across all three services in both world wars. I have downloaded and are reading all the relevant official histories as well as unit histories. 3) Archives .org is a fascinating capture of our early world history and with a bit of searching, very unexpected reference books are on line to download. I have downloaded many and then put onto CD which saves hard drive space, but also allows easy searching. I am contemplating buying a kobo or kindle ereader so as to spend more time reading these. If anyone is using one comments please as I just do not want to waste $200 and not get enjoyment from it. 4) The Age (Melbourne newspaper) site as it keeps me up to date reasonably with happenings at home. 5) Rail pictures.net as I like photos of trains and trams with which I use as screensavers. Hamilton is currently 28 degrees and with a stiff northerly breeze and just on 80% humidity. I wish it would rain so as to "clear" the air. Happy New Year all. And last but not least my families of SA are Breakell, Nalty, Norton and Evans situated in Adelaide, Petersburg and Silverton so far. Doug Norton Hamilton New Zealand
