    3. My Thomas HALL and family arrived in 1855 and went to Penrice which now abuts Angaston. He left Newcastle upon Tyne, the very same town that the ANGAS family came from. Family tales suggest he worked for the ANGAS family and made furniture for them as he was a carpenter/joiner. If anyone is working on the ANGAS family history I would like to explore this further as I have some further UK lines of inquiry thanks Alan Hall Melbourne

    3. Have replied to Alan off the List with a link to the Angaston weekly newpaper that may help him track down some ANGAS Family/ Families by putting the enquiry in this newspaper. It helped my research as a lady put in an enquiry in The Leader, it was connected to my hubby's side of the tree and we both were able to solve the mysteries together. Kind regards, Judy. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Alan" <invalidaddress@optusnet.com.au> To: <aus-sagen@rootsweb.com> Sent: Thursday, January 13, 2011 11:32 AM Subject: [AUS-SAGEN] Employee of the ANGAS Family > > > My Thomas HALL and family arrived in 1855 and went to > Penrice which now abuts Angaston. > > He left Newcastle upon Tyne, the very same town that the > ANGAS family came from. > Family tales suggest he worked for the ANGAS family and made > furniture for them as he was a carpenter/joiner. > > If anyone is working on the ANGAS family history I would > like to explore this further as I have some further UK lines > of inquiry > > thanks > > Alan Hall > Melbourne > Advertising on AUS-SAGEN is forbidden by Rootsweb Rules. > ------------------------------- > To unsubscribe from the list, please send an email to > AUS-SAGEN-request@rootsweb.com with the word 'unsubscribe' without the > quotes in the subject and the body of the message >
