    3. Oops, sent that too quick! I just found their marriage in FindMyPast, however the entry does NOT list their parents or witnesses. Any idea if they're included in the original entry? If anyone else is related, here's the FMP entry: South Australian Pre-civil Marriages TranscriptionFirst Name:James Paul Last Name:Chapman Address:Brown Street Adelaide Spouse First Name:Mary Ann Spouse Last Name:Hart Spouse Address:Fishers Place Adelaide Day Of Marriage:9 Month Of Marriage:Oct Place Of Marriage:Holy Trinity Adelaide Celebrant:Rev James Farrell Sources:Holy Trinity Adelaide register 494 From: [email protected] To: [email protected] Subject: Early SA marriages Date: Sat, 21 Sep 2013 11:40:28 -0700 Hi List! I'm trying to find the marriage record of my 4 x great grandparents: James Paul CHAPMAN and Mary Ann HART. They married 9 October 1841...in either Kapunda or Adelaide. Any idea where I could their marriage record? I'm interested in any witnesses of the marriage. I checked the Janauy site and looks like 1841 was before any church records were kept?? Thanks! Tim

    3. Good evening listers, Could someone tell me what information I would find on a 1859 marriage certificate. Patrick George Casey married in Adelaide to Bridget Whelan in 1859 and I would like to discover Bridget’s parents’ names and her place of birth. I’m wondering if that information would appear on their marriage certificate. Many thanks, Marg Watson, Victoria.

A fee would apply.
