Hi Jenelle, I know we have corresponded at some stage about the Aitken connection. I have a James Maguire born ? died ? who Married a Mary Kettlewell. I have details of one son Edward Maguire born 1837 died May 27, 1903 (QBDM03/003700) buried Cabarlah Cemetery who married Hannah Colclough, daughter of Joseph and Martha Copestick. She was born in 1839 ? and died November 7, 1914 and is buried at Cabarlah Cemetery. Edward Maguire and Hannah Colclough are my gggrandparents. I havent looked at this line for 12 months - due to time constraints and this is my next "project"! Edward and Hannah had 6 children: 1. Elizabeth anne Maguire b 31/6/1868 d 30/4/1945 who married a John Shannon on Sept 24, 1889. They had a son and 4 daughters (my line)(buried Cabarlah) 2. Jane Maguire b 2/7/1865 d 26/3/1929 who married Samuel Plant on 11/6/1885 (buried Cabarlah) 3 Joseph James Maguire b 18/1/1874 4. Mary Kettlewell Maguire b 13/7/1976 d 5/9/1935 who married John Robert William Brown on 14/9/1898 (buried Cabarlah) 5. Emma Maguire b 24/6/1879 m Frederick Lawrence 27/9/1900 6 Ethel Maud Maguire b 27/6/1881 m (1) Thomas James White 2/1/1902 (2) Joseph Pierpoint 22/12/1903 (less than 2 yrs) I am interested in hearing from descendents and particularly about where James Maguire and Mary Kettlewell were from and where Edward and Hannah came from.
