Could someone on the list advise whether Queensland Probate records are available into the 1970`s. I am trying to discover the death date of Andrew Halley MAGUIRE. Andy, my great uncle, died sometime prior to January of 1879. If Queensland probate records for the period are available, could someone do a look-up for me please.
